Saucy Meal Queen Review: Seafire Steakhouse, Atlantis the Palm Dubai 👑🥩✨

Ah, Seafire Steakhouse, my old friend—we meet again! This marks my fourth visit to this elegant gem, and let me tell you, it has never disappointed. From the mouthwatering menu to the opulent atmosphere, Seafire continues to reign supreme as the best spot for steak at Atlantis the Palm.

The Setting

Nestled in the heart of Atlantis, a hotel renowned for its world-class dining (think Nobu, Hakkasan, and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen), Seafire Steakhouse is the crown jewel for those craving an impeccable steak. The decor is stunning—warm, inviting, and dripping in sophistication.

Just a quick note, though: the restroom situation is a bit of an adventure. My King wandered out of the wrong door and ended up in Hakkasan! Yes, they share a bathroom. A fun little moment, but just keep your bearings.

While the ambiance is still enchanting, I did miss the live music this time around. However, I hear on good authority that it’s making a comeback soon—fingers crossed!

Dress to Impress

Dubai knows how to do luxury, and Seafire is no exception. Everyone dresses up for dinner here, so channel your inner royal and bring your A-game. It’s the perfect excuse to dust off that glamorous outfit you’ve been saving.

The Feast

Here’s what graced our table for the evening:

Tiger Prawn Cocktail (135 AED)
Plump, juicy, and the perfect starter. A classic done right. As the rest of the meal is high in salt and seasoning, this made for a perfect starter with a glass of wine.

Maryland Crab Cake (150 AED)
Packed with flavor and just the right amount of crisp. This was a winner for all of us, even though technically it was my King’s starter, it would have been rude not to sample it.

Filet Mignon 225g (340 AED)
Me and my Prince had the same entree, and it was everything you’d expect—tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Mine cooked medium, my Price prefers his, well done. My side of loaded baked potato (50 AED) was a surprise star. Fluffy, buttery perfection with all the toppings. Meanwhile, the Prince adored his creamy mashed potatoes (45 AED).

🥩 Boneless Rib-Eye 350g (395 AED)
The King, ever loyal to his ribeye, declared this his favorite dish of the trip. Juicy, rich, and cooked to perfection, paired with crispy fries (55 AED). For me, I thought it had too much seasoning. I always request light on the seasoning every time we go to any steakhouse. My king? the more seasoning the better.

🌊 Sea Scallops (150 AED)
We shared this decadent add-on, and it was worth every dirham. The scallops were melt-in-your-mouth divine, adding a touch of seafood luxury to our steak-centric feast.

🍫 Desserts:

  • Chocolate Cake (65 AED): For me, this was the highlight of the night—rich, indulgent, and utterly satisfying.
  • Baked Alaska (75 AED): A showstopper dessert with its flaming presentation, perfect for ending the meal on a high note.

Service & Wine

Dubai never fails to impress with its hospitality, and Seafire is no exception. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made us feel like royalty.

Now, let’s talk wine. Yes, it’s expensive, but the selection is nothing short of extraordinary. They even gave us a private peek into their wine cellar, showcasing their best bottles. It’s those little touches that elevate the experience to unforgettable heights.

Saucy Verdict: 10/10

Seafire Steakhouse continues to be one of the best dining experiences in Dubai. From the luxurious setting to the perfectly cooked steaks and impeccable service, it ticks every box. While I missed the live music, everything else about the evening more than made up for it.

If you’re staying at Atlantis or simply visiting Dubai, Seafire is a must for steak lovers (and baked potato enthusiasts like me!). Trust me, you’ll leave with full bellies and a royal smile. We’ll be back next year, Seafire—keep the wine cellar ready!

Stay saucy, Saucy Meal Queen.
